Technology should help, not operate outside your control.

1. Purpose and scope

This Policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies on the websites of Mivare Group and the Mivare brands. It covers technologies that store information on a user's device or access information already stored on it, within the scope of Articles 399–400 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law and, where such information constitutes personal data, the GDPR.

2. Controller and contact

The websites are operated by MIVARE GROUP PROSTA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA, with its registered office in Krasnobród (22-440 Krasnobród), KRS 0001268091, NIP 9223092251. Contact for cookie and privacy matters: hello@mivaregroup.com.

3. Principle: only what is necessary

The website uses only cookies that are necessary for the functions the user knowingly uses. We do not use analytics, advertising, marketing or personalisation cookies and do not place third-party tracking tools on the website. For this reason, the website does not display a consent banner: necessary cookies may be used without consent under the statutory exemption.

4. List of cookies used

• mivare_group — Mivare website domain; session cookie, category: necessary. It protects the contact form against abuse (security token), stores the message about the result of sending a message and supports secure document downloads. It is deleted when the browser is closed.

The website does not store data in the browser's local storage (neither localStorage nor sessionStorage).

5. External resources without cookies

Typefaces and all other website resources are served from Mivare’s own server. When a page loads, the browser does not connect to Google or any other third-party servers.

We use Google Search Console administratively to monitor the indexing of the website. The tool is not embedded in the website and does not set cookies.

6. Change of scope and consent

If in the future we implement analytics or other non-essential technologies, before activating them we will update this Policy and provide a consent mechanism in which refusing is as easy as accepting, no option is selected by default, and consent can be withdrawn at any time. Until consent is given, such technologies will remain blocked.

7. Browser settings

Users may manage cookies in their browser settings, including deleting and blocking them. Blocking the mivare_group cookie may prevent the contact form from being sent or a document from being downloaded, but does not limit access to the remaining content of the website.

8. Changes to the Policy

We update the Policy when the technologies used, their purposes or retention periods change. The current version and effective date are published with the document. The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.
