Interest registration. Rules and data protection.

1. What an interest registration is

An interest registration is a free sign-up by a business that wants to use Mivare Sites once the service launches. Mivare Sites is intended for construction companies. The registration is not a contract, does not give access to the Application and does not bind either the person registering or Mivare. We plan to launch the service in November 2026.

Registration takes place on the Mivare Sites Application website. This document sets out the rules of registration and contains information on the processing of the personal data given when registering. The service is provided by MIVARE GROUP PROSTA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA, with its registered office in Krasnobród, KRS 0001268091, NIP 9223092251, REGON 545767254, operating under the Mivare Sites brand, hereinafter “Mivare”.

2. Price and terms after launch

Prices shown on the Mivare Sites website are for information only. They are neither an offer nor a commitment of either party. A contract is concluded only after launch, when an account is created, on the terms of the Mivare Sites Terms of Service and the Mivare Sites Payment Terms in force on the day it is concluded, at the price list of that day.

From the day the contract is concluded, a 30-day trial period applies, with the full range of features, free of charge and without providing a payment card. The trial period does not turn into a paid subscription automatically.

3. Who can register

A business, or a person acting on its behalf, can register. The service is intended only for businesses, not for consumers.

4. How registration works

• The person registering gives the company name, their first name and surname, email address and the company’s country.
• The person registering accepts this document and the Mivare Sites Privacy Policy.
• We send a message with a confirmation link, valid for 48 hours, to the email address given. The person registering opens the link and clicks the “Confirm” button on the page it leads to, which confirms the address and completes the registration. Opening the link alone confirms nothing.
• After confirmation we send a message confirming that the registration has been received.

Registration does not create an account and does not require a password. We send messages in the language in which the form was completed.

5. Messages after registration

Apart from the message with the confirmation link and the confirmation of registration, we send one message on the day the service launches, inviting the person to create an account. We do not send marketing messages or any other messages. Registration is not consent to marketing messages.

6. Controller and purposes of processing

The controller of the data given when registering is Mivare. Contact on data matters: support@mivaresites.com. No data protection officer has been appointed.

• Handling the registration, confirming the email address, confirming receipt of the registration and the message on launch day: steps taken at the request of the person registering before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and Mivare's legitimate interest in preparing the launch of the service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Recording acceptance of documents, protection against abuse and defence against claims: Mivare's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We process: the company name, the registering person’s first name and surname, email address and the company’s country and, for registrations made before 2 November 2026, also the phone number and NIP if given; the language of registration; the record of acceptance of documents with their versions, date and IP address. Giving the company name, first name and surname, email address and country is voluntary, but without them we cannot accept the registration. We do not profile people who register.

7. Recipients and place of processing

We keep registration data in the Application database on a server in the European Union (Contabo GmbH, Germany), separately from customer data. We send emails through our email provider (OVH). Both providers process the data on behalf of Mivare. We do not transfer the data outside the European Economic Area and we do not sell it.

8. How long we keep the data

• An unconfirmed registration is deleted automatically when the confirmation link expires, that is after 48 hours.
• A confirmed registration is deleted automatically 90 days after the message on launch day is sent.
• On request we delete the registration earlier, promptly after receiving the request.

If the person registering concludes a contract, further rules are set out in the Mivare Sites Terms of Service and the Mivare Sites Privacy Policy.

9. Rights and withdrawal

The person registering has the right of access to the data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. The registration can be withdrawn at any time by a message to support@mivaresites.com.

The person registering may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
